Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is done within 0-15 days before the check in-date/commencement date of the journey then full cancellation applicable.
If the cancellation is done before 15 days and above but within less than 30 days of the check in-date/commencement date of the journey then 70% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation charge.
If the cancellation is done before 30 days and above but within less than 60 days of the check in-date/commencement date of the journey then 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation.
If the guest cancels within the last 15 days owing to any unavoidable circumstances from his/her end then 3 months credit note will be provided depending on hotels and cars. However, the package price is subjected to change depending on the season and decisions of the hotels and vehicle partner.
Disclaimer
Individual hotel/resort/home stay cancellation/refund policy may overrule the above cancellation policy.
In case of flight ticket cancellation the terms and condition of the airlines will be applied.
Force Majeure
In the act of God, like natural disaster, calamity, or unfortunate man-made disasters like riots, or strike at your tour destination or traveling point, postponement options up to 3 months will be considered only when the cause remains for 15 days or less however this postponement will be subjected to the consent of the business partners. If the guest does not wish to continue with the tour then the postponement credit can and will be transferred to his/her family and friends. However, the package price is subjected to change depending on the season and decisions of the hotels and vehicle owners. NO REFUND IS PERMISSIBLE.
In Case of Pandemic
If and when the source or destination is closed with airport/railway being shut down under the Government restrictions from and to, then in that case the trip can be postponed up to 30 days from the date of revocation of such restriction. But, this postponement will be subjected to the consent of the business partner. The postponement credit is always transferable to the family and friends of the guest, but NO REFUND IS PERMISSIBLE. The limit of the extension of this credit is subjected to the discretionary decision of the Vedreams Tours and Travels Management.
Refund Policy
No cancellation request will be considered over the telephone calls. Please send us email to the same email id from where your sales proposal was sent along with your Reference ID, mobile number and Bank Details. The refund amount will be processed and refunded to your Bank Account within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation request. But, no cash refund will be done under any circumstances.All the cancellation/refund policies are subjected to change from time to time as per the discretion of the Vedreams Tours and Travels Management without any prior notice.
